| How do I start? |
| Initial consultations are free! We meet, we
discuss, we look at samples, and we come up with ideas to set the tone of your
special day. If you wish to proceed, I
will create a personalized mock-up invitation design for a
non-refundable deposit of $30.00. $25.00 of this deposit will be applied to
the total cost of your order. If you choose to not order from nikkineat, I retain all rights to the designs, as well as the
$30.00

| How long does it take? |
| Because of the
personal attention given to each order, an early start is always
welcome. Generally, four to six months before your wedding is a good time to begin. Production
takes approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the availability of special papers.
Preliminary mock-up designs are usually ready within a week of our
initial consultation. Again, please check my ordering
info page.

| What if I don't like
my mock-up? |
| Mock-ups are carefully
designed based on information gathered in our first meeting or conversation. Colors,
fonts, wording and images may be changed at any time prior to placing your order
/ signing off on your proof sheet.
However, if an entirely new format or design is desired, an additional fee is
required.

| What if I can't meet in
person? I don't live near Atlanta. |
| We'll just need a little more time. Consultations may be done by phone or email at your
convenience, and your mock-up will be viewable on a personal web
page. Paper and printing samples, as well as your proof sheet and
price quote will be mailed to you. This process may take slightly
longer as we must rely on the postal service, but personal attention to
your order is in no way compromised.

| Do I have to order a minimum
quantity. |
| Yes. The minimum order for all designs is ten, and I ask
that you order in increments of five.

| Do you offer quantity discounts? |
| I'm sorry, no. Each of your custom designed
originals are made of the finest materials and assembled by hand to
ensure quality. This process does not allow for quantity
discounts.

| Can you use my professional
photographs in your designs? |
| Yes, but they must be accompanied by a photographer's
release form. You may use nikkineat's form or
one provided by your photographer.

printed? |
| nikkineat DESIGNSTM
are printed using high resolution inkjet and laser
printers. The result is a beautifully smooth flat ink. To
