| PAYMENT -- |

accepts US checks or money orders. Due to the personal nature of
each custom design, orders are not accepted online. Payment
is due in full at the time your order is placed/approved. Checks
or money orders should be made payable to nikkineat
DESIGNSTM.
Please be sure your name, address and phone number are correct on your
check. "Bad checks" will incur a $25.00 returned check
fee.

| RETURNS -- |
| Final
approval is required by signed proof sheet prior to production.
Errors which have been approved by clients are the responsibility of the
client, not nikkineat DESIGNSTM.
Clients are provided paper and printing samples with their final proof
sheet -- there are no surprises. Due to the custom nature and
personalization of each order, there are no returns.
